Our ISL studio is brand new and ready to welcome you. We’re creating a calm, inviting space designed to support real-life training, with a focus on personal coaching, shared sessions, and community-led movement.

The studio has been built with care and intention, with attention given to how the space feels as much as how it functions. We want it to be somewhere people feel comfortable stepping into, and we’ll be sharing updates and behind-the-scenes moments as we build out our community.

A space designed for real life

We’re building a studio that reflects the way people actually train and live, not how fitness is often portrayed. People’s lives are busy and unpredictable, and training needs to work around that reality rather than compete with it. This space is being created to support different needs, routines, and starting points, allowing people to move, train, and progress in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

Every part of the studio is being shaped with everyday use in mind. From how the space is designed to be a quiet, personal space to how it feels when you first walk through the door, we’re focusing on creating an environment that’s calm, welcoming, and easy to settle into. We want the studio to feel like somewhere you can return to consistently, build confidence over time, and feel supported throughout your training journey.

Our approach to the space mirrors our approach to coaching. Thoughtful, considered, and centred on long-term progress rather than quick fixes. The aim is to create a studio that supports movement as part of real life, where training feels like something you can fit in, enjoy, and sustain.
