Eglantine Hallo
I’m Eglantine, a registered osteopath and Pilates instructor, and I’ve been in practice since graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in 2009. My work focuses on helping people move and feel better through a holistic, hands-on approach — whether that’s supporting recovery from injury, improving posture and performance, or guiding clients through pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation.
A large part of my practice is dedicated to pregnancy and women’s health. I support clients through every stage of the perinatal journey, including preparation for birth, postnatal recovery and returning to exercise safely. I have a particular interest in C-section scar work, helping women improve mobility, reduce discomfort and rebuild confidence in their bodies with a gentle, individualised approach.
I combine structural and cranial osteopathy with movement-based rehabilitation to address the root cause of discomfort rather than just the symptoms. I regularly work alongside personal trainers and other health professionals to create realistic, sustainable plans that support strength, mobility and long-term wellbeing.
