Ele Breitmeyer
Ele is a personal trainer with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their bodies. Her approach is grounded in real life, focusing on sustainable habits rather than extremes.
Having experienced first-hand the impact of restrictive diets, punishing routines, and poor body image, Ele is committed to helping clients avoid those roadblocks. She believes training should build confidence, not take away from it.
Ele specialises in 1:1 coaching, pre- and post-natal training, and online coaching. Her work centres on education, support, and helping people feel good in both their bodies and their day-to-day lives, because fitness is about far more than how we look.
James Feeney
James is a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience, supporting people to feel confident, capable, and comfortable in the gym. He works with clients across a wide range of goals, from building strength and muscle to returning to training after injury.
Alongside 1:1 coaching, James supports clients through pre- and post-natal training and more specific rehabilitation-focused goals. He also offers specialist boxing coaching, drawing on 15 years of experience training and competing as an amateur boxer.
James’s approach focuses on both the physical and mental benefits of training, helping clients build skill, resilience, and confidence that carries beyond the gym.
