I’m a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience, supporting people to build strength, confidence, and skill in the gym.
I work with clients who want clear guidance, practical coaching, and a supportive environment where they can progress at their own pace.
My approach is shaped by years of coaching across a wide range of goals, from building muscle and improving fitness to returning to training after injury.
I focus on helping people feel comfortable and confident in the gym, developing strength and ability that carries into everyday life.
My Approach
I believe good coaching is about clarity, consistency, and understanding how people move. Training should feel purposeful and confidence-building, not confusing or overwhelming.
I work closely with clients to create structured programmes that support their goals while respecting where they’re starting from. That includes supporting people returning to exercise after injury, as well as pre- and post-natal training, where safety, communication, and progression are key.

I help clients develop strength, technique, and confidence in the gym, focusing on progress that feels steady, achievable, and well supported over time.
Boxing as skill and focus
Alongside personal training, I offer specialist boxing coaching. Having spent 15 years training and competing as an amateur boxer, I use boxing to build fitness, coordination, and mental focus, as well as to support wellbeing beyond the physical.
