I’m a personal trainer who believes that feeling strong and confident should fit into real life, not it take over.
My work is about helping people build strength in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and genuinely positive.
I know how easy it is to get caught up in restrictive rules, unrealistic expectations, and self-doubt. I’ve been there myself, and those experiences shape how I coach today.
A big part of my work focuses on supporting women through pregnancy and post-natal recovery. I understand how much the body changes during this time, and how important it is to feel safe, informed, and supported when returning to movement.
My own experiences with fitness have shaped a coaching style that moves away from extremes and towards confidence, trust, and long-term wellbeing.
My Approach
I believe exercise is about far more than how we look. It’s about how we feel, how we move through daily life, and building confidence in what our bodies can do, especially through periods of change.
I work closely with clients to remove unnecessary roadblocks and create training that feels achievable and supportive. That means thoughtful programming, clear education, and plenty of reassurance, whether you’re pregnant, post-natal, returning after time away, or simply looking to feel stronger over time.
